These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dream Credit Limited website and borrower portal. By creating an account or applying for a loan, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be: at least 18 years old, a Kenyan citizen or resident, in possession of a valid National ID, and not currently in default on any Dream Credit obligation.

Loan Applications

Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to credit assessment, document verification, and Dream Credit's lending criteria. We reserve the right to decline any application.

Total Cost of Credit

In accordance with Central Bank of Kenya regulations, the total cost of credit — including interest rate, processing fees, and all charges — will be disclosed to you before you accept any loan offer. No hidden fees will be applied.

Repayment

You agree to repay your loan according to the agreed schedule. Repayments are made via M-Pesa Paybill. Late payments may result in additional charges and reporting to Credit Reference Bureaus. There are no penalties for early repayment.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your OTP codes with anyone. Dream Credit will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.
